On May 29, 2025, the Executive Manager of Shinas Port, Mr. Khater Al Maamari, signed two important agreements as part of Shinas Port’s efforts to enhance the role of national institutions and empower Omani companies to provide services in the maritime transport and logistics sector.
We proudly announce the signing of cooperation agreements with two leading Omani companies from the North Al Batinah Governorate:
- PortLine Marine Services LLC
- Blue Ocean Shipping and Investment LLC
This partnership aims to provide ship-to-ship transfer services for handling liquid and petrochemical materials between vessels at sea, with both companies possessing over ten years of experience in this vital field.
Through these partnerships, we seek to strengthen national capabilities and support the development of the maritime transport sector in line with Oman’s sustainable economic development goals, while reinforcing Shinas Port’s position as a key driver of economic growth and maritime supply chains.
