Port of Shinas is pleased to announce a new agreement with O Bunkering to provide ships calling at the port and operating within it with marine fuel services of all types. This initiative is part of our ongoing efforts to expand port services, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen the port’s role as a key hub for regional and international maritime trade, in line with Oman Vision 2040.
Eng. Abdulbaqi Al Kindi, CEO of QS Maritime, the port operator, said:
“Port of Shinas continues to implement its plans to expand marine services and improve operational efficiency. We are confident that this new partnership will add value to our customers and enhance the port’s capacity to attract more vessels.”
Ali bin Amer Al Shaibani, CEO of O Bunkering, noted that the agreement represents a strategic step to expand the company’s services in Omani ports, ensuring safe, reliable, and high-quality fueling for ships at Port of Shinas.
This initiative is part of the port’s ongoing development project, led by QS Maritime with investments exceeding OMR 77 million, aimed at increasing operational capacity and further establishing Port of Shinas as a modern logistics hub in Oman.
