Shinas Port Signs Agreement to Provide Vessel Bunkering Services in Partnership with Global Oil Resources and QS Maritime

Shinas Port has taken a significant step toward enhancing its marine service capabilities with the signing of a cooperation agreement on 12 November 2025 between Global Oil Resources and QS Maritime, the operator of Shinas Port, to provide bunkering services for vessels calling at the port.

This partnership aligns with Shinas Port’s strategic efforts to strengthen its service offerings and reinforce its position as a key maritime gateway in the Sultanate of Oman.

Sheikh Abdulaziz Al Harthi, CEO of Global Oil Resources, stated:

“We are proud of our partnership with QS Maritime at Shinas Port to expand our marine services and deliver safe and efficient bunkering solutions that support vessel movement in the northern region of the Sultanate.”

Engineer Abdulbaqi Al Kindi, CEO of QS Maritime, added:

“This agreement comes as part of our continuous efforts to enhance the port’s capabilities and improve the quality of services offered to vessels, contributing to the growth of commercial and maritime activity in Shinas and neighboring areas.”

Scope of Cooperation Includes:

Providing marine fuel to vessels in accordance with international standards.

Managing 24/7 bunkering operations with strict adherence to safety and environmental protection.

Enhancing the port’s readiness to accommodate various types of vessels.
