Shinas Port has developed a reliable and well-equipped STS capability, providing safe and efficient ship-to-ship transfer services within the designated anchorage area. The port is fully equipped with a complete set of STS fenders, hoses, and operational equipment, ensuring compliance with international safety and environmental standards.

To support the operation, Shinas Port also employs a dedicated Mooring Master, responsible for overseeing every STS transfer, coordinating vessel positioning, and ensuring safe execution throughout the operation.

These capabilities enable the port to facilitate a range of offshore transfer activities—whether for cargo, bunkering, or supply operations—making Shinas Port a practical and dependable STS destination on Oman’s northern coast.
